Our swimmers shared knowledge with the Queensland Reds at rugby head quarters, Balleymore recently.
Head coach Richard took our state and national swimmers to Herston.

There were several aims for the training session. To train in a different environment for variety while also being able to watch other elite athletes train.
"I also saw the move as character building by engaging in a new activity. It was also a great team building experience."
