AWESOME TRAINING SESSION THIS MORNING! Big thank you to Olympian and Australian representative Jess Ashwood for coming in early this morning to watch and support our swimmers train today in preparation for Age and Open Nationals next month. Our swimmers loved the challenge of this mornings main sets, especially Jess’s favourite set for the 400 lane!
Plenty of pool deck action this morning with Swimming Queensland and Club Development Officer Barry Prime coming in also for the morning to join Jess, Richard, Andrey and our Albany Creek Coaching team. Special visit also from previous Albany Creek Coach Robby with a couple of his new swimmers from Sydney. Thank you to you all for your support of our swimmers.
Very proud of our swimmers and their work ethic. Great atmosphere this morning highlighting our Albany Creek positive and supportive culture.
