Welcome to Albany Creek Swimming Club!

We're excited to let you know that everything is now ready for members to purchase their membership products up for the 2020/2021 season!

Albany Creek Swimming Club is one of the fastest growing and energetic swimming clubs in North Brisbane. The club is renowned for developing junior swimmers and has enjoyed success at both Queensland Championship, National Level and International Level. The club adopts a nurturing philosophy to developing swimmers, which focuses not only on development in the pool but also on personal development.

We welcome swimmers of all ages and levels and encourage them to register so they can enjoy the many benefits of membership:

• Allows you to compete at any swim meet.
• Registers you with Swimming Queensland – the governing state body.
• Covers you for insurance at any swim meet endorsed by Swimming Queensland.
• Gives you access to progress through the squad levels and benefit from the professional coaching network.
• Provides revenue for Albany Creek Swimming Club to reinvest back into athlete development.
• Ensures eligibility for State and National Teams / Development Camps.
• Ensures eligibility for Club Nights and Champion.
• Club membership for 2020/2021 runs for twelve months from July 1st 2020.

RENEWING OR JOINING IN SWIM CENTRAL

Swim Central has undergone some changes since most members have last used the system, which may cause some initial confusion, however these new changes are designed to make it even easier to purchase memberships. We have created a step-by-step guide which you can use to navigate the process.

Here are a few troubleshooting tips if you think things don’t look quite right:
• Swim Central prefers Google Chrome, Firefox or Edge Browsers (really doesn’t like Safari or Internet Explorer)
• Browser Refresh (F5) solves most problems
• Re-creating family members who are “missing” doesn’t fix problems – please call or email SQ directly if family members are ‘missing’
The renewal bot will activate from early September and again in mid-September. Sending renewing members reminder emails, Swim Central messages and placing the 20/21 membership in their shopping cart ready for purchase

Please keep in mind, any members wishing to transfer or change clubs do not need to complete a formal transfer process at the change over of season. These members simply purchase a membership with their new club, allowing their old membership to expire.

Any COVID Temporary Memberships remain valid until 10 September, at which time they will need to renew into a 20/21 membership product with your Club.
