Thank you for interest in joining the Albany Creek Swim Club.
Membership Period
Albany Creek Swim Club membership is for a period of 12 months commencing from the first of July of each year. All swimmers must be registered with Brisbane Swimming Association, Swimming Queensland and Swimming Australia.
It is also a club requirement that all swimmers registered as club members have at least one parent / guardian registered as a member with the club. (Parent membership is free)
'Get Started' Program
Albany Creek Swim Club is registered with the QLD Government as part of its 'Get Started' program. The Get Started program (https://www.qld.gov.au/recreation/sports/funding/getinthegame/getstarted) is one of the initiatives by the QLD Government to support grassroots sport and recreation by providing financial assistance to eligible children and young people to assist them in joining a sport or recreation club.
How to Transfer Your Membership
To transfer your membership to Albany Creek from another club, you will need to email the club registrar via registrar.acsc@gmail.com and request the transfer.
The following swimmer’s information must be provided for the transfer to be actioned:
- BSA/SQ membership number
- Name
- Date of birth
Please note parent members must also be transferred. Parent membership details should also be provided with the transfer request.
